Next up in our rankings we have the RBs. These rankings are based on PPR scoring but I did add disclaimers in the Notes for relevant guys whose rank would be affected by a switch to Standard scoring.
You may notice one glaring omission which is Zeke Elliot. We are supposed to get some clarification on Monday with reports stating a reduction in his suspension is possible. If I were drafting this weekend, I’d take him in the late 2nd or early 3rd before guys like Fournette and Hunt.
Here’s a few guys to highlight where their ADP can provide you with significant value to attack in your drafts:
We have Todd Gurley ranked as RB4 while his ADP is RB10. People who are avoiding him because they were burned last year are making a big mistake. He has gamebreaking talent and a new coaching staff that has made upgrades in the surrounding cast to help them run the ball. Buy.
We have another former Georgia Bulldog in our underrated category, Isaiah Crowell, who we have as RB10 compared to an ADP of RB15. They love this guy and there’s no threat to his carries. His OL is very solid and while TDs are one of the hardest stats to predict, his upside in this area is tremendous.
Lastly, there’s Carlos Hyde who is our RB14 with an ADP of RB19. There were some mid-summer concerns that he might be in a timeshare situation but that has proven to be false leaving his injury history as the only real knock. You are already getting discounted for this risk with that ADP. Kyle Shanahan has catapulted far less talented RBs to fantasy relevance. Hyde could have a monster year.
